Day One Arrival in Istanbul, assistance and transfer to hotel. Remainder of day at leisure.
Day Two After breakfast, full-day tour of Istanbul. Visit St. Sophia Church, the Blue Mosque and the Grand Covered Bazaar. After lunch, tour Topkapi
Palace, world-famous residence of the Ottoman Sultans, and the masterpiece Suleymaniye Mosque. Return to hotel. (B, L)
Day Three Today you will cruise by boat on the Bosphorus, the winding strait separating the continents of Europe and Asia. After lunch, cross the suspension bridge to the Asian side of Istanbul to visit Beylerbeyi Palace and a handicraft center. Following the tour, transfer to airport for domestic flight to Izmir. Meeting and assistance to hotel in Izmir. (B, L)
Day Four Tour Ephesus, famous city of antiquity. Following lunch, short visits to the Basilica of St. John and Shrine of Virgin Mary. Return to Izmir and the hotel, where the remainder of the afternoon and evening is free to enjoy the lively streets and seaside promenade in Izmir. (B, L)
Day Five Departure for Pergamum, visiting the Asclepion and Acropolis. Lunch included. Return to Izmir and transfer to airport for your Istanbul flight. Meeting and assistance to the hotel. (B, L)
Day Six Following breakfast, transfer to the airport for departure flight. (B)
