Airline schedules and flights are subject to change without prior notice. Apollo is not responsible for penalties or additional costs for services incurred for tickets not issued by Apollo due to schedule or flight changes the airline is not to be held responsible for any omissions or events during the time passengers are not on board their aircraft. The passenger contract in use by the airline concerned when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and purchasers of these tours and/or packages. Changes to flight itineraries may result in an increased airfare, a carrier imposed charge, or in some instances may not be permitted. Apollo passengers are subject to all airline limitations, liabilities and tariffs. Have your travel agent check current airfares and restrictions. This brochure does not reflect special low-cost air fares available to Apollo passengers booking land components. Additional cancellation fees are assessed by the airline on special airfares. All air carriers booked by Apollo shall be liable only as common carriers to Apollo passengers. Baggage: Allowances vary with each airline. It is passenger’s responsibility to check with their travel agent or the airline directly to verify allowances. Apollo will not be responsible for additional charges levied by the airlines should passenger’s luggage be overweight or in excess of the maximum allowable pieces. Hotels: Choice ofhotels as listed with private facilities. Tour operator reserves the right to substitute hotels of similar category, depending on availability. Deposits: A deposit of 25% will be due within 7 days of confirmation. Full payment due 45 days prior to departure. All reservations are subject to cancellation if deposit and final payment are not received on their due date. Tour operator reserves the right to require full payment oftour and packages, prior to confirmation, if those reservations fall within 30days of departure. Final Payment: Final payment is due 45 days prior to departure. All reservations are subject to cancellation if final payment is not received on the due date. Full payment oftour and packages will be due prior to confirmation ifthose reservations fall within 30 days of departure. Prices: All prices quoted in this brochure are based on airfares, land rates and exchange rates in effect at the time of printing. All prices are subject to changes without prior notice unless paid in full. In the case of computer or human billing error we reserve the right to re-invoice participants with corrected billing information. Forms of Payment: Payment may be made in cash, by check, Discover Card, MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. All returned checks are subject to a $35 service charge. Documents: Documents will be released upon receipt of full payment and will be mailed approximately 14days prior to departure. Documents may be requested earlier iffull payment has been received by Apollo Tours. An overnight delivery charge of $20will be charged if overnight delivery is deemed necessary or ifit is requested by the agent. Cancellations: On all cancellations $200 per person administration fee will be charged. Airlines and cruise companies may assess cancellation fees in addition to those stated above. Consult your travel agent to determine if airline and/or cruise cancellation fees apply and become additional cancellation charges to those stated herein. Services not used in Greece, Turkey, Israel, Spain and Egypt are non-refundable. All arrangements confirmed through Apollo Tours are non-refundable ifcancelled within 30days ofdeparture. All cancellations must be made in writing within 30days of cancellation for any possible refund consideration. Revisions: Any and all revisions to an itinerary after confirmation are subject to an administration fee of $50per revision. Revisions made after travel documents have been issued are subject to a fee of$100per revision. Additional change fees and restrictions are governed by airline tariffs and vary widely. In some instances, changes to an air itinerary are not permitted. Consult your travel agent to determine if airline’s itinerary changes are allowed or if change fees apply and become additional charges to those stated herein. Passports and Visas: United States citizens traveling to Greece require a valid passport only. It is suggested that ALL participants check with the appropriate consulates to determine if any visas are required for travel to countries other than Greece. Tours and Sightseeing: By luxurious air-conditioned motor coaches and guided by professional licensed, English-speaking guides. Sequence of tours may change from the order shown. Lunch is included on full-day tours in Greece. Transfers: As specified per each itinerary. Most transfers are by private taxis, ifpassengers do not exceed three to four persons in a party. Meals: As specified in each itinerary or hotel package. Continental Breakfast (BB) is included daily. Half Board (HB) consists of Continental Breakfast and either lunch or dinner. Not Included: Passport and visa fees, laundry, telephone calls, wines, liquor, mineral water, meals not specified in itinerary or hotel package, expenses ofpersonal nature, excess baggage, services not stated in the itinerary. Tips and Taxes: Departure taxes and customs fee are not included. Port taxes as specified in each itinerary. Tips to cruise staff, guides, and drivers are not included and are left to your discretion. Cruises: All cabins with private facilities, itinerary is based on inside cabin with two lower beds. Full board (all meals) included on all cruises with the exception on the 1-day cruise, where only lunch is included. Cruise companies reserve the right to alter itineraries and/or change vessels should this become necessary without prior notice. Refunds: All requests for refunds must be made in writing within 30days of cancellation for any possible refund consideration. Minimum Stays: The minimum required landonly hotel stay is 3nights. Responsibility: Apollo Tours, 1701Lake, Glenview, Illinois 60025and Horizon, 50 Praxiteloos, 10557,Athens, Greece, hereafter called Tour Operators and/or their representatives, act only as agents for transportation companies and other companies. The responsiblity of tour operators and/or their representatives is limited. The Tour Operators and/or their agents will not accept any responsibility in the event of damage, loss, accident, illness, delay or other irregularity due to the defects in any vehicle used for transportation or the fault or default ofany company or person employed in the organization of the transportation. The Tour Operators and/or their agents will not accept responsiblity for any costs due to delays, changes, or any other reasons. The Tour Operators and/or their representatives are not responsible for any consular, political, or military complications created voluntarily or involuntarily by the passengers or any other person. The Tour Operators cannot be held responsible for any default or negligence by hotel owners or their employees. The Tour Operators reserve the right to decline, accept, or retain any person and to change or to cancel the tours, ifnecessary for any reason. The Tour Operators reserve the right to accept no responsiblity for over booking ofairline flights, hotels, and cruises, ifsuch a situation occurs.
